I. A. Mairiga
Chairman

He is a seasoned public policy professional with extensive public service experience over 40 years in government administration, strategic policy formulation, risk management, and human resource development. He has proven success optimizing institutional processes, leading high-level policy initiatives, and driving national reforms. He is adept at stakeholder engagement, budget management, and organizational leadership and deeply understands governance frameworks across multiple sectors, including petroleum, power, transportation, defense, agriculture, and housing.

 With Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maiduguri and Bayero University, Kano, Mr. Mairiga is an alumnus of the Chicago Booth School of Business and the 41st Oxford Energy Seminar (OES). He has attended many other courses and seminars in Nigeria and abroad.

He was a member of many Federal Government Delegations that represented Nigeria at international conferences, summits, etc., including at the FAO, IFAD, the UN, and OPEC, among other forums.

 Mr. Mairiga’s last stint in the public service was as the Executive Secretary of the Federal Government Housing Loans Board (FGSHLB) from 2020 to 2024. He previously represented the Ministry of Petroleum Resources on the Governing Council of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board between 2017 and 2019. Earlier, he was the Managing Director of the Upper Benue River Basin Development Board (UBRBDB) between 2009 and 2010. In between these roles, he had worked in various capacities in many Ministries in the Civil Service and earned a reputation for organization, hard work and discipline.

Ibrahim is a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM) of Nigeria, a Distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria, a Member of the Risk Management Society, USA, and a Certified Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute (M.DRI).

In 2019, he received the Presidential Civil Service Merit Award, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s public service and national policy development, among other awards and recognitions.

 He is also widely travelled.

Markson
M. F. Onwukwe
Managing Director/CEO

Markson Farason Onwukwe (MFO) is the Managing Director/CEO of AfriSino Gas Limited, a company specializing in gas processing. His professional expertise spans several areas, including innovation, research, environmental management, and oil and gas development. He has a strong background in fostering foreign investment, with a focus on initiatives that contribute to economic development.

MFO hails from Nwangele LGA, Imo State and earned a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree from Hong Kong University (2002–2011).

Before leading AfriSino Gas Limited, MFO served as the CEO of Jork Engineering Co. (W.A) HK Ltd, a company involved in industrial establishment, investment, and import/export. His leadership experience includes serving as the first President and Board of Trustees Chairman of the Association of Nigerian Registered Companies Operating in China (ANRCOC). 

He also held the position of Executive Chairman of the One Belt, One Road Committee for Economic and Cultural Cooperation in Nigeria.

MFO has received multiple awards, including academic distinctions in Environmental Control, Monitoring, and Modelling, Biodiversity, and Ecology from Hong Kong University. He has also been recognized for his leadership with awards such as the Good Leadership Award from the Okija Association, the Good Personality and Successful Businessman Award from TCR Reporter, and the Good Patron and Financial Support Award from Imo United China.

Ogrisi
B. G. Ogisi
Executive Director

Mr. B G Ogisi is an accomplished professional born and raised in Sapele. With a strong academic background, he graduated with a First Class Honours LLB in Commercial Law from Middlesex University, where he earned double prize awards for Public Law and Commercial Law.

Beyond his academic achievements, Mr Ogisi demonstrated leadership and advocacy as the President of the Black Students Liberation Society at university. In this role, he led initiatives focused on inclusivity, diversity, and empowering students of African descent.

Mr Ogisi’s professional career began in the field of surveying, where he worked in a Surveyor’s practice, before transitioning to the oil and gas sector as a Consultant. His expertise in the industry, particularly in gas processing, has been honed through years of hands-on experience and strategic insight.

Currently, Mr. Ogisi is  the pioneer Executive Director of AfriSino Gas Limited, a company with their first plant in Sapele, specializing in gas processing. In this capacity, he is instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence, with a focus on sustainability and economic development in the local community.

With a deep passion for law, leadership, and the energy sector, Mr Ogisi continues to seek opportunities that leverage his skills and drive positive change, contributing to the growth of both local, national and global economies.

We collaborate with other players in the oil & gas sector for efficient service delivery to our customers.
